Sushi Etiquette

Anyone who knows me, knows my love for sushi! I have been enjoying sushi since middle school and granted it started with california rolls and years later has expanded to almost anything as long as it doesn't include cream cheese. Don't get me wrong, I love everything about cream cheese, but just not with my sushi.

I thought the illustration below is great information for all the sushi lovers out there including myself!

So, how many people have you offended by not adhering to proper sushi etiquette?
