I've tried eating more nuts, especially almonds because I know they are good for you. You might remember, this post about a coworker introducing me to cocoa coated almonds, but I quickly lost interest in those. Since then, I've been in search for a replacement and I know I've finally found what I've been looking for all this time: sprouted almonds. Although almonds are expensive, I am willing to pay the price for these. What I enjoy so much about sprouted almonds is they taste like they are lightly salted, but they aren't!
I'm addicted for now and honestly I can't see myself ever giving up these up! What is one of your favorite healthy snacks?

I love almonds too. I was using almonds as my replacement for junk food. I didn't eat them that much but when I wanted junk food I would go to them. I now go to pumpkin seeds. The reason is because I had kidney stones for the first time this past summer (three surgeries were what filled the summer) and almonds in my case were a precursor to them.
